   Daniel is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter. Why does that matter? With almost 15 years of experience he has been involved of every part of a home build. We mean EVERYTHING…He’s poured foundations, framed, poured concrete, done siding, insulated, drywalled, and taped. He’s painted, laid flooring and done tile work, done electrical and plumbing, and all finish work. The ONLY thing Daniel hasn’t done is install an HVAC system. This extensive experience means he is very familiar with houses and common problems in each of those areas. If you believe in the 10,000 hour theory to become a master then Daniel is that 3 times over—we’ll call that an expert home inspector! 😜

   
   

2. We offer the option to pay by credit card! We know buying a home is an expensive process, with a lot of cash needed upfront. There’s the deposit, down payment, lawyer fees…at Expert Home Inspections we want to make it easy for our clients by offering the option to pay for your home inspection by credit card. Not only can this earn you points but we hope it helps alleviate some of the financial strain by being able to extend one payment to next month! 

   
   

3. We want you there!! If at all possible we want our clients to be there for the inspection! It gives Daniel the opportunity to explain any potential issues or clarify why a marked item isn’t actually a major concern. It also is an amazing opportunity to take advantage of Daniel’s expertise and ask all of your home questions! Where’s the sump pump and furnace filter? Why does the floor creak? Why does that electrical switch look different? It’s an old house, is it to code? Is that normal? 

   
   

4. Comprehensive reports! Our reports are usually complete with a couple hours of completing the home inspection. They are incredibly detailed, with potential areas of concern clearly marked. They include pictures and suggestions on how to remedy an issue. Along with all of that they are available online or by downloading the PDF.
