Your inspection will cover the following areas:

EXTERIOR:
Visual inspection of the siding, windows and doors, decks, walkways, driveways, stairs and drainage
ROOF:
Visual inspection of the general structure of the roof along with the roof covering (shingles, shakes, etc), gutters, downspouts, roof vents, penetrations, and more.
ATTIC:
Visual inspection of the attic ensuring it has proper insulation and ventilation. We also check for moisture and any visible structural issues.
BASEMENT STRUCTURE:
Visual inspection of the basement looking for foundation movement, cracks, structural concerns, and indication of water penetration.
INTERIOR:
Visual inspection of the condition of interior spaces including the seal of windows and doors, drafts, and signs of mildew or water damage.
PLUMBING:
Visual inspection of the plumbing fixtures for proper function, water shut off valves, and look for leaks.
ELECTRICAL:
Visual inspection of interior and exterior electrical systems including breakers, outlets, and other such systems.
HEATING:
Visual inspection of the heating system, location of thermostat, and heating method.
COOLING:
Visual inspection of the cooling systems and operation (when safe to do so).
FIREPLACE:
Visual inspection of the visible portions of the fireplace and chimney.
