How long will the inspection take?
An inspection varies in time depending on the size of the home and the time of year. A good estimate is 3-4 hours.
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely, we encourage you to join us for the whole inspection! Although we pride ourselves in comprehensive reports, there is still nothing quite like being there in person.

A home inspection is a visual inspection only. We do our best to be incredibly thorough but conditions like weather, furniture, and other obstacles can reduce that ability.
An inspection isn't mandatory, why should I have one?
You are right, a property inspection isn't mandatory but it is a common buyer's condition when buying a house. Although it's optional, we always suggest having one, here's why:

Can I hire Expert Home Inspections to do the repairs?
Although we have the skills necessary to complete most home repairs we will not do them as it presents a conflict of interest. We encourage you to ask your Realtor® or do a quick google search to find a qualified professional to assist with any repairs.
